WALKING VILLAGE TREASURE HUNT

To raise money towards repairs to our Church Roof.

SATURDAY, 17TH JULY

9.30 a.m.(first time slot) to 11.30 a.m. (last time slot)

AND

2.00 p.m.(first time slot) to 4.00 p.m. (last time slot)

     Starting in Village Shop Garden

• Refreshments available at the church all day.
• Stalls – Tombola, Raffle, White Elephant, Cake, Toys/Puzzles,

         Treasure Map; Buy a roof tile.

• Bell Tower open – a chance to see the magnificent view from the top of the tower.

Prize for the winner of the morning session and for the winner of the afternoon session.

You can choose whether to take part in the morning or afternoon,

or if you do not want to take part in the Treasure Hunt, you can still help us to raise funds by turning up at the church

and enjoy all that is going on there.

A good way to have fun – solve the clues, collect things en route and then enjoy welcome refreshments and enjoy the activities at church.

There will be 10 min interval start times for the Treasure Hunt so if you book your tickets in advance we can give you a start time to stop you having to wait around and IT WILL BE CHEAPER!

PRE-BOOKED TICKETS – £5 per family

TICKETS PURCHASED ON THE DAY – £6 per family

Tickets may be purchased from the shop.

DONATIONS FOR STALLS WANTED

Donations of goods to sell would be gratefully received and may be left in the Church Porch or in Linda Mogford’s front porch.  If you would like your donations collected, please ring Linda Mogford on 870817 or Jane Sealy on 870307.
