We’re a group of locals who enjoy keeping traditional skills alive – and a few pints of our own cider.
In October each year we gather cider apples from orchards around the village, then press them on a 200 year old wooden cider press.
And in January we wassail the trees to remind them to flower and fruit well in the year to come.
We also make a large amount of apple juice to supply free to Village Hall and other events.
